We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

Omg I love these sooo much…

These are awesome! I basically live in flip flops during summer and I’m pretty stoked to finally have supportive versions - especially ones that aren't ugly or specifically masculine looking. The arch support actually feels really good and my feet never feel sore or tired anymore, even after I’ve been on them awhile. I also like the taupe colour - they go with the very thing. I will be buying more next spring. No more $5 flip flops for me. Love these!!

Best flip flops I’ve ever had

By far the best fitting and most comfiest flip flops I’ve ever worn. Definitely worth it. They fit so well they don’t need lots of space around your foot.
