We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.
We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.
For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.
The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

These thongs are very comfortable. It took me a few days to get used to them as they are very different to normal thongs but they do feel very comfortable once your feet get used to them.

I recently bought 2 pair of the thongs in black & lilac, I was so cranky at myself cause I got a size too big, but they are so comfy so I don't mind. I literally wear them all day, and I have noticed a big different in how I walk and my hip isn't as bad as it has been locking up for a little while now. I will definitely buy more.
