We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

Life savers!

My podiatrist diagnosed over pronation & advised me not to wear flip flops. Living in a hot country, this was a huge concern for me. I showed her Archies & she was more than happy for me to wear these, what a life saver!

They really are as comfortable as promised, I love them & would highly recommend.
