We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

Never buying any other thongs

Love these. Have previously struggled with thongs as the plug always rubbed and left sore patches between my toes & they never felt secure on my feet.

Archies don't rub & there are no concerns of them coming off - no more clawing! I am happily wearing them all day - love love love them & wish I'd bought them sooner!
