We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

comfy, light, heaven

excellent customer service - I was contacted by Archies after my last pair snapped & offered a discount. I have now thankfully finally replaced my interim havaianas them with two new pairs or Archies. gosh, how I have missed them. nothing compares to Archies! just wish the lemon colour was a little brighter yellow (just like the mint)!
