Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.
We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.
For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.
The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

Seriously the best flip flops I’ve ever owned! I have a terrible back and typically cannot wear flip flops for shopping without my back killing me in no time. I can grocery shop in these without too much trouble with my back. I bought one pair to start to see how they would work for me and I'm sold! Bought another colour over Christmas!!
