We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.
For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.
The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

Nice having the support, still on the feet well.
I find my feet sweat a bit more in the Archie's vs the old surf brand jandels. Just a different material and maybe less airflow (more contact with foot to jandel)
Will take the sweat to get the arch support and having the thong part and sole as a single moulded piece that won't break like not al jandels

While it's uncommon for our jandals to cause such an issue, certain environmental conditions, especially heat and humidity, can naturally amplify foot perspiration. A simple cleaning of your Archies with warm water and soap might help. Sometimes, microscopic residues can contribute to increased perspiration. Additionally, consider stretching the toe poles and straps for a bit more breathability. This adjustment often aids in alleviating the problem.
