Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.
The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

I ordered a size up because it was suggested if you wear a half size to size up. When I order another pair I plan to order a half size down because I think the larger size is a bit too large. However they are very comfortable and do give much more support than ordinary flip flops. I think I will try the slides next.
