If you are normally a half size we recommend you size up to the nearest full size. Eg. If you are normally a size 7.5 we recommend ordering a size 8.

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

SO COMFORTABLE!!!

I LOVE THESE TAUPE ARCH SUPPORT SLIDES!!!

I ordered these in a size 10 initially, but ended up needing an 9. Ian and Paul offered to send me a new pair in time for my cruise as I returned the first pair-no charge!!

I received them in plenty of time for our trip.

I wore them almost exclusively on board because the taupe matched most of the outfits I took.

I have a little problem with balance but even with being onboard the ship - I feel the slides helped!!

I recommend these slides because they are a very comfortable sandal and the customer service was terrific!!! Each contact from Archie’s Customer Service was fast, respectful and written in earnest to help me!!!

I wish I could take these two young men out for coffee to thank them!!!!
