    Size And Fit  
    When ordering a pair of Archies Flip Flops or Slides, we recommend you choose your normal running shoe size.

    Half size?

    If you are normally a half size we recommend you size up to the nearest full size. Eg. If you are normally a size 7.5 we recommend ordering a size 8.

    Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

    We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

    For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

    The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

      Didn’t agree w the hype

      Too tight across metatarsals so returned for a larger size, which now make me trip…and only minimal arch support so these shoes are best suited to petite feet

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear that the fit of your Archies Slides wasn’t what you expected.

      I'd love the opportunity to check the fit on your feet so that we can work out the best way to solve this issue for you.

      If it's not too much trouble, please could you send me the following photographs of both feet together

      1. A bird's eye view of your feet in the slides and a side view of your feet in the slides.

      2. A photograph of the barcode on the tag if possible or the size stamp underneath the pair.

      Once we have the above info, we'll then be able to give you the correct info and advice.

      Keep in mind, we offer a 60-Day Comfort Guarantee on our EVA range (Arch Support Thongs and Arch Support Slides), which means you're welcome to exchange the slides for a different size or style if needed, at no extra cost.

      Arch Support Slides-Navy and Black.

      It takes a couple of days for your feet to mould them but after that they’re great.
