Returns & Withdrawal Policy 

1) Statutory right of withdrawal for European Union Customers 

Our European Union consumers have a legal right to withdraw from any online purchases within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Withdrawal period. The 14-day period runs from the day you (or a person accepting delivery) receive the goods.

  • How to exercise. Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw (e.g., by email or via your account).

  • Refund timing & method. We will refund you no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, using the same payment method where possible.

  • What we refund. We refund the product price and the cost of our standard outbound delivery. If you chose an enhanced delivery option (e.g., express), we do not refund the extra cost.

  • Return shipping cost. Unless we state otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods (see “Return Postage Costs” below).

  • Condition of returned goods. You may handle the goods to check their nature, characteristics and functioning—similar to how you would in a shop. If you handle the goods more than necessary for these purposes, we may deduct any diminished value from your refund. You won’t be liable for diminished value if we did not properly inform you of your right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights apply irrespective of our commercial 60-day returns policy below. Where our 60-day returns policy is more generous, it applies in addition; where it is stricter, your statutory rights prevail.
