Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

Love them!

Bought a pair for myself and my husband for our summer travels. Usually I avoid flip flops as they just don't provide support for walking around. But the minute I tried these cute lemon Archies on, I knew these were going to be a winner! They felt snug initially but, thanks to the handy email from Archies with tips on wearing, I knew they were supposed to feel different from normal flip fops. They are so comfortable (my husband agrees!) and I can't wait to purchase more in different colours!

These are my fourth pair of Archie’s. I have a very high arch and wearing these gives me the support I need.
