Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

Toes from Charleston

I was going to return them but was asked to hold off which I did. When I 1st put them on, I thought they were too tight and allowing time and following directions they were became very comfortable and the arch was perfect as I have a high instep. I love them! Thank you
